====== Campaign IX, Chapter 5, Episode 2 ======

**Location:**  Hobrimeth, Barrier Reef, West of Mutaile Island

**Characters:**  Davist, Sheirdroth

A small fishing village loosely associated with Chandral was devastated by the loss of one of its ships -- all hands missing, the ship itself washed up on a reef and breaking apart in the surf.  Davist, with a wife and children of his own, set out to find help.  He found it from the local Sholin who lived further asea, in the form of a priest of Olorin named Sheirdroth Waverider.  Together, the two discovered that a new form of predatory fish had moved into the local waters -- archer fish big enough to eat a man, and travelling in schools.  The two barely defeated the four giant archer fish attacking them, and in the process forged a new friendship between themselves, and between their peoples.
