===== Hitchhiker Orc =====

**Location:**  Seas west of [[gaeleth:places:Baroneth]]

**Date:** Early Spring of 1334 Avard

Bell recently received word that her father in the [[gaeleth:places:Alekdan Principalities]] might have information on a flying ship -- something Bell desperately would love to see.  She found paying customers (a rich noble girl eloping with her minstrel boyfriend), and headed south from [gaeleth:places:Teras]], hoping to avoid the Inquisition in [[gaeleth:places:Kur Maeth]] by going the long way around the continent of [[gaeleth:places:Baroneth]].

They picked up a rock orc not long after making Baroneth, and from there sailed west and then south.

They put in at a small elven town that catered to foreigners, where they ran into trouble outside of the town.  Jellyfish-like dugatta tried to paralyze and eat them from up in the trees.

**DM's Notes:**  Caileb and Sualy wondered what it would be like in the Inquisition-held lands, where arcane magics are are grounds for execution.  Getting an arcane character there would require a voyage or long-distance land travel, and they decided that the journey itself should be an adventure.
