====== Demik Coruth ======

The necromancer Demik Coruth stole the legendary Book of the Dead from Mount Rilan, in modern [[gaeleth:places:Rakore]].  The book had once belonged to [[gaeleth:divinities:Galanus]], the God of the Dead, but had been placed into safe-keeping when Galanus gave up his mantle as God of the Dead.  Demik single-handedly brought about the [[gaeleth:history:War of the Undead]], and very nearly raised the god [[gaeleth:divinities:Nathel]] in service to him.
