Thaumaturgist is a title given to mages that have added or found at least one new item or spell to the general body of knowledge of the arcane. They are also vouch-safed by the clergy and senior mages at Lok Magius, Rakore. They often specialize in specific fields of the arcane.

Thaumaturgist is the third of the six titles awarded by Lok Magius, and is considered senior to a aetherist, but junior to an arcanist.
