You pray to Galgiran for his ability to see all that has been forged, and to see one place in particular -- and are granted a teleportation ring through which you can travel to another place.

During the first round, a tiny blue star appears at the same height as the prayer-caster's holy symbol, and in roughly the same place as the holy symbol is held. After the star forms, the caster may move about within 20ft of the star, while still praying to Galgiran from the specific passage in the Book of Galgiran. The star also appears at the location specified by the prayer-caster as his destination.

During the 2nd round, the star expands into a ring 10ft wide. The edge of the ring acts as a dimensional blade on both sides of the gateway -- on the same side as the caster, and on the side to which the caster is travelling. The edges of the ring crackle with blue energy, and the inside of the ring is inky black; the prayer-caster is unable to see through the ring (though those with true sight can).

On the 3rd round, the prayer-caster and anyone in the vicinity may travel through the Eye of Galgiran, instantaneously arriving at their destination. The Eye of Galgiran can be closed upon command by any priest of Galgiran, at any time. If the ring closes with anyone or anything inside of it, then the edges are still treated as dimensional blades and will likely cut through it like a knife through hot butter.
