ArchiMagus is the title given to the second most senior mage in Rakore, by the king himself (the most senior mage in rankings being the King's Advisor on Magic). The ArchiMagus is responsible for Lok Magius, and for coordinating the efforts of the mages in Rakore, as well as the search for additional mages elsewhere in the world.

The current ArchiMagus is Aegan Smithdanovich of Vridara, who assumed his title after the War of the Four Winds in late 1329.

The only former ArchiMagus was Mistress Brin, also of Vridara.
