* Hiko, Chimes, and Roland prepared to hole up in the High Road's trapped and locked entrance tunnel.
* Meridyth, her handmaiden Rina, and Corrine approached the Low Road's bridge – and it was almost sunset.
* The handmaiden set up camp while Meridyth and Corrine fled the king's ghost on the bridge.
* Meridyth and Corrine were asked by Aegan the Cold to help Eingrim the Gold's people.
* Hiko rescued Rina from potential ghosts and trows on his flying broom.
* The consolidated group moved down into the cleared out gryphon statue hall.
* They picked an exit from the gryphon hall and wound up in the kitchens.
* Shadow demons that could possess a person attacked from bodies and runes, instilling insatiable hunger.
* After banishing demons, removing curses, and using magic to kill demons, retreated to gryphon hall.
* Roland attempted to light chandeliers, but it gave under his weight and crashed to the floor.
* Zombies began slowly walking into the gryphon hall from one of the other exits.

DM's Notes: Sommer's back at the gaming table! I'm stoked! It's been years! Saige brought in a human bladesinger raised by dwarves and trained by elves!

Saige has let us know that the sound experience in the den gets overwhelming for her, to the point of near migraines. We went ahead and suspended the game play to let her recede, and it helps explain why she peters out and gets more than irritable towards the end of the sessions. We'll see what we can do to help her, and that leaves us in a position of setting up an ambush for the zombies – hordes and hordes of zombies, and only six rounds to do it.
