There are some things available uniquely to Gaeleth, or under very unique circumstances. Few conventional merchants might carry them, but sometimes a man can get lucky and find a powerful mercantile exchange or a local dealer that carries the unique items. In other cases, items are quite commonplace in Gaeleth and almost nowhere else.
